The Activities & Recreation Manager is responsible for organizing, planning, facilitating and directing the overall operations of the Life Enrichment Department in accordance with current standards, guidelines and regulations, company policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to assure that an on-going program of Life Enrichment activities is designed to meet, in accordance with the assessment, the interests and the physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident. The Maintenance Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community and its physical plant to maintain proper operations of the community. Oversee the general operations of the maintenance department and housekeeping department to ensure that the property is maintained in a safe, clean and comfortable manner.
