General Responsibilities:- Drives daily and weekly route schedules to transport residents to shopping, entertainment, worship, medical offices, etc. Also drives residents to specially schedules events. - Assists residents in and out of the bus utilizing the wheelchair lift and/or stairs, if needed. Carries and loads oxygen tanks and follows basic instructions and precautions for their use. Carries belongings, opens doors, and cautions residents on steps and other objects in their path. Opens/closes and loads/unloads walkers and wheelchairs. - Conducts daily checks of bus operation including fuel, oil, wipers, fluids and interior and exterior lights, etc. Notifies supervisor of concerns and needs. Drives bus to service center to obtain needed repairs and services. Maintains records and logs of internal and external service. - Fills the bus with gasoline and pre-approved service stations. - Ensures the interior and exterior of the bus is cleaned. Vacuums interior and collects and disposes of garbage. Wipes surfaces. Cleans windows. Washes exterior as necessary. - Responds appropriately and in a safe manner in the event of unforeseen operational malfunctions. Follows emergency procedures and ensures the protection of passengers. Ensures requirements relating to emergency exit doors, eating, drinking and smoking in or near vehicle are followed at all times. - Interacts with residents in a friendly manner providing meaningful attention and communicating concerns of resident's health to management as appropriate. - Responds appropriately to resident emergencies by calling or contacting appropriate internal and external parties according to established protocol. May also assist with disaster management efforts and activities during evacuations (i.e. fires, hurricanes, etc.).- May also assist with activities and schedules events such as bingo. The Med Tech Caregiver administers medications and treatments, measures vital signs and weight; and performs other health services tasks. The Med Tech Caregiver also works with physicians, implement physician orders, and documents pertinent information. The Med Tech Caregiver works closely with home health, hospice, and emergency protocols. Acts as the facility supervisor when management staff not present. Supervises resident assistants to ensure daily completion of their duties. You report directly to the Facility Registered Nurse or the Administrator. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for assisting the Director of Building Operations in executing and organizing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community and its physical plant to maintain proper operations of the property. Assist in general operations of the maintenance department and housekeeping department to ensure that the community is maintained in a safe, clean and comfortable manner. Work to be completed in a timely and professional manner. Properly dispose of materials (paint thinner, lacquer, etc.) ensuring compliance with local state and federal EPA guidelines. - PLUMBING DUTIES: Must be knowledgeable and capable of following directions planning, ordering and performing minor plumbing problems to include but not limited to repairing faucets, showers, drains, and any other type of plumbing related problem. - GROUNDS DUTIES: Must be knowledgeable and capable of following directions regarding planning, ordering and performing grounds related tasks to include but not limited to: cutting, edging and fertilizing all lawn areas; pruning and fertilizing trees. Maintaining pool and spa to include but not limited to taking and recording daily readings insuring compliance with all local, state and federal requirements. Determine/add proper amounts of chemicals required. Performing minor repairs to either pool, spa or equipment to ensure it is fully operational. - HVAC DUTIES: Must be knowledgeable and capable of following directions regarding troubleshooting, identifying problem and obtaining materials to fully troubleshoot minor HVAC repairs.- Assist with all duties within the property’s Hazard Communication Program including oversight that all personnel wear and/or use safety equipment and supplies (e.g., back brace, mechanical lifts, etc.) when lifting or moving heavy objects. Conduct or assist with daily inspection of property’s outside grounds. Immediately correct any needed items to ensure community is always tour-ready. - Assist with quarterly fire drills and semi-annual disaster drills. If needed, act as safety coordinator and attends meeting of quality Assurance/Safety/Infection Control Committees. - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to identify appropriate safety precautions and equipment to use when performing tasks that could result in bodily injury. Follow safety and fire protection and prevention programs by inspecting work areas and equipment regularly. - Ensure that containers of hazardous chemicals in the department are properly labeled and stored.- Ensure that all necessary SDS sheets are obtained, maintained and stored in areas accessible to all team members.- Responsible for following all OSHA policies. - Follow an effective preventive maintenance program of cleaning, painting, maintaining equipment, etc., as necessary and approved. - Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness in apartments, storage areas, laundry, restrooms and public areas. - Check the maintenance request log daily. Coordinate maintenance requests by residents for items needing repair in their apartments, including repairing plumbing, electrical, heating and replacing light bulbs. Repairs should be made promptly. - Assist Director with maintaining scheduled maintenance on: H.V.A.C., elevator, fire- equipment, sprinkler equipment, generator, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull-cord equipment. Replaces filters in air conditioning units on a regular basis, tests the emergency lighting equipment, fire sprinkler device, smoke detectors and other equipment as required, and participate in emergency drills. Maintain the preventative maintenance binder reflecting completed work. - Keep maintenance room clean at all times. - Assist with repair of walls, floor coverings, doors and wood work in the common areas of the property. - Repair resident’s furniture as needed. - Work with Director of Engagement to ensure the community vehicle is maintained properly and kept in good working condition. Maintain a working knowledge of the local market trends and competitors to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies and action plans. General Summary:Responsible for assisting Residents in their daily living routines. Duties are performed under the indirect supervision of the Nurse or Supervisor, with established procedures and guidelines. Essential Functions/Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the “Assisted Daily Living” duties and functions that allow the Residents to be clean and comfortable. i.e., transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, changing bed linens, etc. Physically ensures the Residents get to appointments such as salons, transportation, activities, and meals, including pushing wheelchairs, following closely behind walkers, keeping track of and responding to schedules.Responsible for the Residents under their care & recording communications for co-workers, shift summaries and care notes.

The Concierge will create a memorable first impression by greeting and assisting visitors, families, residents; answering telephone, providing information and taking messages as required; opening and distributing mail; type file, stuff envelopes, and handle correspondence, as well as other duties specified by the Director of Community Development.
